BRITANNIA FUND CAR PARKING FOR NHS STAFF

Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, Britannia Parking has been providing free car parking for the staff of Guy's and St. Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust as our way of saying thank you.

Our 100 space car park near Waterloo Station has been free of charge for hospital staff from April to August this year.

“The NHS are providing extraordinary care for patients during the Coronavirus pandemic showing remarkable determination, commitment and self-sacrifice. This was just one way that we could express our sincere thanks from everyone at Britannia Parking” remarked Mark Watts, Commercial Director of Britannia.

Upgrade from paper tickets to ANPR

The hospital car park, under our management, has recently moved from paper tickets to using ANPR cameras to record vehicle registration numbers and calculate the length of the stay. Users then pay on exit by entering their registration number into the pay machine.

ANPR is just one service we provide as part of our car park management service offering.  We currently manage over 800 car parks across the UK.
